      Tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet & hot peppers, okra, squash, lettuces, microgreens, carrots, beets, radishes, eggplant, onions, leeks, sweet potatoes, chard, kale, spinach, broccolini, bok choy, celery, cauliflower, garlic.
    • Herbs:
      Basil, dill, parsley, cilantro
    • Eggs:
      Limited, including chicken, quail, and duck eggs (get there early!)
